Every year Mabinay celebrates Mardi Gras with a big parade and fiesta. Mabinay also hosts an annual Mabinay Festival every Jan. 24-25. Lumbangan [biggest population barangay of the 38 Mabinay barangays and the location ofMountain Valley Econotel, hosts its annual Lumbangan Festival each Jan. 9-10.
