Delicious and Clean Restaurants in Mabinay, Dumaguete, and Bacolod,

In Mabinay, the best restaurant is the restaurant of Mountain Valley Guest Inn 1. Fry Mini Mart's snack bar is famous for delicious fresh pastries and ice creams.. In Dumaguete the best restaurants are: Pizza Hut, Lab-as [fantastic seafood meals but a little expensive], Shakey's Pizza [pizza and excellent salads and sandwiches], Scooby's [American-style fast food with several locations in Dumaguete plus Tanjay], all of the restaurants [low prices] in the food court of Super Lee Department store, all of the restaurants [low prices] in the food court of Hypermart, Greenwich [national fast food chain with low prices], Jollibees [national fast food hamburger/chicken chain with low prices] with two locations, Dunkin Donuts [open 24 hours], Chow King [national Chinese fast food with low prices], Chin Loong Chinese Restaurant, Fhu Garden Chinese Restaurant [next to Hypermart], Jo's Inato Charbroiled Chicken, Ati-Atihan Charbroiled Chicken, and the very excellent Chinky's Restaurant [on the national highway as you enter Dumaguete City from the north---see Chinky's photo below]. Great places to eat in Bacolod include: Bob's Restaurant [great American-style food at moderate prices at three locations including across from Riverside Medical Center and inside Gaesano Mall], Carlos Steak House and Italian Food [somewhat expensive], Pizza Hut inside both the Gaesano Mall and Robinson Mall, Sbarro's Italian eatery [from USA and located in the Robinson Mall], L'Sea Chinese restaurant inside Gaesano Mall, and adjacent to L'Fisher Hotel, McDonald's [several locations], Jollibees [several locations], Kentucky Fried Chicken [Robinson Mall], Chow King [Gaesano Mall], Greenwich [Gaesano Mall and Robinson Mall], Dairy Queen [Robinson Mall], and Dunkin Donuts [multiple city locations including Gaesano Mall and Robinson Mall], and Jollibee with several city locations including Gaesano Mall and Robinson Mall]. There are several good steakhouse restaurants in both the Robinson and Gaesano Malls. |

This Scooby's location is on Perdices Ave., just south of the Silliman University campus. Many Scooby's restaurants also feature a high-speed internet cafe. In addition to fast food like hamburgers, other sandwiches, french fries, fried calimari [squid] rings, mango milk shakes, and ice cream sundaes, most Scooby's offer daily hot lunch specials with favorite Filipino foods. |
